I feel too much — but that’s okay.

Art that speaks what words can’t.

This is Raw Emotion.

The story behind the art, the emotion, and the reason this space exists. Turn the sound on to listen.

Hi, I’m Alex.

I’m 19, from Goole, and I have autism, ADHD + FASD.

For years, I felt like I saw the world differently but didn’t know how to explain it.

I know what it feels like to think you’re the only one.

You’re not.

That’s why I’m building Raw Emotion.

A place where people can be honest.

A place where people feel understood.

A place where nobody has to pretend they’re okay.

If that’s you...

Welcome.

Feel Seen. Feel Understood.

  • Emotional

    Art from the heart.

  • Expressive

    Loud colours. Real feelings.

  • Honest

    No filters. No pretending.

  • Hopeful

Even in the chaos, there is hope.

The reason art saved my life is because it was always there for me. It understood me in a way no other person ever could. That’s why I created Raw Emotion—a place built around art, books, and honest stories. My hope is that what saved me might help someone else feel seen, understood, and a little less alone.
